Question 1

How do TappedIt memory postcards and keepsakes work?

Accepted Answer

Each physical TappedIt keepsake is embedded with contactless tap technology (NFC). When you hold any modern smartphone (iPhone or Android) against the card, your custom digital memory vault opens instantly on the phone's browser without requiring any app.

Question 2

Which phones are compatible with TappedIt products?

Accepted Answer

TappedIt keepsakes work with all modern smartphones equipped with NFC, including iPhone 7 and newer, and all modern Android devices from Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Motorola, and others.

Question 3

How is our private media and data handled?

Accepted Answer

Your privacy and data remain 100% in your hands. TappedIt does not store your private photos or media files on our servers. Your physical keepsake simply connects to the secure links you provide (such as your cloud storage, voice audio link, or playlist). You retain full ownership and control, with the freedom to update or revoke your links anytime.

Question 4

Do you ship across India?

Accepted Answer

Yes, TappedIt ships to all pincodes across India with express door-to-door delivery.
